Sure Signs Your Ex Wants You Back

You may want to get back together with your ex, but does your ex want to get back with you?  This can be a very confusing thing to figure out, so we’ve compiled some signs that most often imply your ex still has feelings for you.

• Your ex continues to contact you, not out of “obligation”, but “just to catch up”
• They have decided not to see anyone else anytime soon.
• They are finally doing those “little things” you always wanted them to, but they never did; things like changing their appearance or their habits to be more attractive to you.
• They are super sweet, kind and generous towards you.
• In speaking about the break-up, they always refer to it as a “misunderstanding”.  They also say they wish they would have done things differently.
• They are flirtatious when they’re around you, or even slightly flustered or nervous.
• They make an effort to spend time with you.
• When they refer to their future, they speak as if you’re going to be in it; using words like “we” and “us”
  

There are many other signs that your ex may still have feelings for you, as each person is different and expresses their feelings in different ways. But if this basic list rings true, then you can bet your ex is definitely not “over” you. There is certainly hope of getting back together with your ex, but…

…and this is a BIG BUT…

This does NOT necessarily mean they will get back with you if you asked them right then and there.

There are several reasons for this:

(1) They have mixed emotions.  A part of them wants to be with you, but another part is still confused.

(2) They are waiting to see how you react; “testing” you almost. Do you still exhibit that same habit or behavior that may have caused the breakup in the first place?

(3) They are blatantly “teasing you”.

(4)They just need their space and a little time to figure things out.
